Welcome to ECD Educational Services. Started in 2003, ECD provides Sales and Marketing support to selected Sylvan Learning Centers, in the Pacific Coast Time Zone Area. Currently we serve over 15 centers from our Headquarters in Huntington Beach, California.

With the growing demand and need for supplemental academic assistance, Sylvan Learning Centers has helped more than 1 million students over the past 25 years. Sylvan’s focus on the customer operational and academic requirements, is complemented by the work of ECD, providing the Sales and Marketing support to prospective customers.
